Once your payment is confirmed, the work is ours to do. These are the stages from your receipt to your delivery report, and the few points where you take part.
1. Payment confirmed
You receive a receipt by email, and your order goes into production. If you have an account on wannaseo.com, you can follow the order under My orders.
2. Your brief is reviewed
Before writing starts, we review your brief and the direction of the work. If something the page needs is missing, such as the number visitors should call, we ask you for it or leave it off. We never invent it.
3. Research
For a sales page, we look at four things: your offer, your buyers and the words they use, what your competitors promise, and the keywords, planned before a word is written.
For an article, we plan one main keyword and the related terms people search with, map how the topic is searched, and pick the blog in our network that fits your subject, unless the article goes on your dedicated blog.
4. Writing and design
A sales page follows five parts, in the order a buyer decides: the promise (a headline that names your buyer and the outcome they want), the specifics from your brief, the offer, the objections answered, and one next step, repeated. The design uses your colours and fonts, with artwork made for this page.
An article answers its question early, then follows with sections that match how the topic is searched, concrete detail instead of filler, internal links, and a search-friendly title and description.
5. Checks
Every sales page must pass the automatic check before it can be published, and a page that fails goes back to production, not to you. Articles are checked before publishing too. The sales-page list is in What the automatic check on sales pages verifies.
6. Your approval, on Pro and Complete
On these levels, the work comes to you before it goes live, and nothing is published without your yes. On Standard, we publish as soon as the work clears our checks.
7. Publishing
We publish the work where you chose. Larger packs follow a schedule we agree with you, and on Complete for articles, publishing is paced out over days or weeks. A dedicated blog is set up first, then its three launch articles are published, so it never opens empty.
8. The delivery report
When the work is live, you receive your delivery report: a web page with every live link, the same report as a PDF, and a plain list of links. See The delivery report, its PDF and the list of links.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much you ordered and where it is being published. On Pro and Complete, your order goes ahead of any queue. If you are working to a date, put it in your brief.
What is your part?
One brief, one payment, and your approval if you chose a level with approval. Everything after the payment is confirmed is our job.
If you remember something after paying
Reply to the confirmation or receipt email with the missing or corrected information. The earlier it reaches us, the easier it is to include in the work.
