The delivery report, its PDF and the list of links

Three formats for one delivery: a web page, a PDF and a plain list of links. What the report shows, and the enquiries page that comes with it.

When your order is published, you receive your delivery report. It is your proof that the work exists, and your record of where it went live.

Three formats for one delivery

  • The web report: a page that opens in any browser, without signing in. Forward its link to a partner, a manager or a client.
  • The PDF: the same report as a file, from the "Download PDF" button inside the report. Handy for attaching to an email or keeping with your records.
  • The plain list of links: from the "Plain list of links" button, a text file with one link per line: your pages, your published articles, and your dedicated blog's address if you have one. The first line names the report and gives the order reference. A piece that is not published yet joins the list once it is.

What the report shows

  • The order reference, and the date the report was prepared
  • A summary: how many pages are live, how many articles there are, how many blogs or domains the work reached, and the quality status
  • For each sales page: its headline, what it was built to do, a Live or Draft label, its live link, and a picture of the page when one is available
  • For each article: its title, the search topic it was written for, whether it went to a shared blog in our network or to your dedicated blog, and a link to read it, or its status if it is not live yet
  • For a dedicated blog: its address and its status

Report links are issued without an expiry date, and they stay available. The report page asks search engines not to show it in their results.

Your enquiries

The report has a "View your leads" button. It opens the enquiries sent through the forms on this order's pages: the name, the email or phone, the service or area, the message, and when it arrived. From there you can remove an enquiry from your list, and switch the form off, so that visitors see your direct contact details instead. You can switch it back on whenever you like. More on this in Call, WhatsApp or a form: how visitors reach you.

Anyone who has the report link can open the report, and this order's enquiries page, without signing in. Share it only with people you trust, and never post it publicly.

The report under your own name

On Complete, the report carries your logo, your colours and your sign-off, with no mention of WannaSEO, and it can be served from a reports address of your own. On Pro and Complete, you also receive a tidy delivery summary, ready to forward.

How to use the report

  • Open every link and check the work yourself, including the call and WhatsApp buttons on your pages.
  • If something does not match your brief, send us the link and what should change.
  • If you track your own reports or ad campaigns, paste the plain list of links instead of copying addresses one by one.

Finding an old report

  • Search your email for the delivery message: the link in it still works.
  • If you have an account, open My orders. In the client portal, reports are under Report.
  • If you still cannot find it, write to us from the email address you ordered with.
